Hello, I'm Samantha McGill, most people call me Sam, and I'm here to remind you that your past does not define your future. No matter what you've experienced, healing is possible, and you have the power to create life filled with love, peace, joy and purpose.

As someone who has navigated the complexities of childhood trauma: abandonment, foster care system, sexual abuse, racial complexities, I understand the invisible weight it can carry into adulthood-the self doubt, the emotional overwhelm, and the fear of not being enough. Also know how transformative it can be to face those wounds with courage and compassion.
My journey has been one of resilience and rediscovery. Growing up as an adoptee and experiencing life's challenges-including raising four children with varying degrees of neurodivergence, moving through menopause and starting over from scratch - taught me how to turn pain into growth. It showed me the power of inner work and self love.

Today, I help adults who've experienced pain from childhood trauma heal from the inside out. Through a holistic blend of hypnotherapy, EFT, Reiki and intuitive guidance. I create a safe space where you can explore your past, release emotional blockages, and reconnect with your authentic self. My work is rooted in compassion and guided by the belief that healing is not just possible-it's your birthright.

I know firsthand how easy it is to feel stuck in survival mode, but I also now how freeing it is to rewrite your story. When we work together, my goal is to help you move from surviving to thriving, so you can reclaim your confidence, rebuild trust in yourself, and step fully into the life you deserve.
